Abhisek is a strong proponent of equity and inclusion. Over the last few years, he has been actively promoting LGBT+ inclusion across the corporate world. He was instrumental in setting up the Pride Employee resource group at a large MNC bank in India in 2020 and led campaigns to break the associated stigma. He has also conducted LGBTQAI+ awareness training programs and regularly counsels gay men who reach out for guidance. Across his many interactions with gay men in india, he noticed that lack of relationship stability was a recurring theme; and thus he was inspired to co-found Mr n Mr with Umang. 

Abhisek is a finance graduate and holds management degree from iim, ahmedabad. Currently, he lives in Amsterdam, Netherlands where he works with a large MNC bank. He is also a member of the pride group there. Abhisek plans to return to india in near future so that he can play a more active role in the society here as well as settle down with an Indian partner.
